Digital transformation has become one of the buzzwords in the business world. However, there's a myth we need to debunk: the idea that everything can be solved simply with technology. The truth is that digital transformation goes far beyond the adoption of new tools.

True transformation involves profound changes in the company's business model, organizational culture, and mindset.

• Business Model Change: Digital transformation involves a complete re-evaluation of how we generate value for our customers. This often means adopting new business models that are better suited to the digital age. It's not just about automating existing processes but about finding innovative ways to serve our customers. Companies that fail to revisit their models risk becoming obsolete in a highly competitive environment where customer expectations are evolving rapidly.

• Customer Experience: Technology is a means to improve customer experience, but it's not the end in itself. True transformation focuses on understanding changing customer needs and using technology to deliver more effective and personalized solutions. By prioritizing customer insights, organizations can design services that anticipate needs, foster loyalty, and build long-term relationships.
